Thirty-three floors of office space and a shopping area spreading over three floors will be part of "Olympian Mall and Tower."

Investors are still to gain a permit from Sofia's authorities, and if the project is greenlighted, construction should start in late 2007, Trud daily said Monday.

The "Olympian" complex is a project of Sofia-based EuroCapital Finance AD (SA), wholly owned by the New-York based company "EuroCapital Partners New York LLC."

They are expected to invest EUR 60 M.
